By using the site, guest or account holder, you accept these terms; entering a chat counts as acceptance. Who may use ChatNow
You must be at least 18 years old, and you must be legally permitted to use an adults-only video chat service where you live. That line is not a formality — we act on reports of underage use and remove the accounts involved. Claiming to be 18 when you are not does not make underage use permitted; it makes it a violation. By using ChatNow you confirm both conditions are true for you, and if they ever stop being true, your use of the service stops with them.
Your account and your responsibility
An account is optional; everything it unlocks — call history, follows, messages — exists under your name and your care. You are responsible for whatever happens through your account, so keep your login to yourself, sign out on shared devices, and tell us at [email protected] if someone else gets in. Accounts are personal and cannot be sold, lent, or transferred. Guests carry the same responsibilities for their own conduct, account or not — anonymity is not an exemption from the rules.
What you may not do
The community guidelines carry the full conduct rules; the legal summary is this. Nothing illegal, on camera or in text. No harassment, hate, or sexual pressure. No content involving minors in any form, ever. No recording or redistributing another user without their consent. No scams, impersonation, or soliciting money. No scraping the service, automating access, or putting ChatNow to commercial use without our written permission. The list is not a loophole map — working around an obvious rule on a technicality counts as breaking it. Violations can cost you access without warning and without refund.
Coins and payments
ChatNow is free to start — matching and first chats are on us. Beyond that, coins pay for longer sessions and extras. Coins are a virtual item: no cash value, no withdrawal, no transfers between users, no exchange back into money. Every price is displayed before you confirm, and payment runs through an external processor. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will review it case by case; where the law gives you refund rights, we honor them.
Your conduct, your content
You alone are responsible for what you say, show, and share in a chat, and for the consequences of it. The strangers you meet are responsible for theirs — we provide the connection and the safety controls, not supervision of every conversation. Treat personal information as gone the moment you share it, end any chat that asks for too much, and assume anything visible on your camera could be captured by the other side. Skip, block, and report are always one tap away, and using them early is part of using ChatNow well.
What we do not promise
ChatNow is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular number of matches, or that every stranger will be worth your time — randomness is the point of the product, and it works in both directions. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for the actions or content of other users, nor for indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, it is limited to the minimum the law permits.
Enforcement, termination, changes
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, with or without prior warning depending on severity, and serious violations go straight to removal. You can stop using ChatNow at any time; account holders can also ask us to delete their account. Termination for cause is not a negotiation, but it is appealable — a wrong call gets reversed when a human re-reads it.
